1. For who is the application suitable?
My Mobile Work Order application is aimed at small companies who want to eliminate the paper work orders and replace them with the digital solution. Mobile Work Order application is foremost aimed at the field employees in the engineering branch, waste management, energy management and construction.
2. What do I need to have to use My Mobile Work Order application?-
- Your own account on My Mobile Work Order
- Employees who work in the fields
- Network connection
- Handheld device with touch screen (inclusive data-subscription) with PocketPC2003 (or latest versions), Windows Mobile 5.0 (or latest versions), Windows XP (SP2) (or latest versions).

3. How can I become a user of My Mobile Work Order application?
Click on the “Register here for free” button on the website www.mymobileworkorder.com to register as an administrator. As an administrator you will have a possibility to create My Mobile Work Order accounts of your employees who will be receiving work orders on their mobile devices. The administrator also sends the work orders on the mobile devices. Please follow the instructions carefully to correctly complete the administration procedure.
Once you have registered as the administrator of My Mobile Work Order application, you can create the accounts of your mobile users who will be receiving the mobile work orders on the handheld device. In order to create the accounts for the mobile workers click on “add employee”. Fill the login name and password of the employee. As the administrator of the account you will receive email confirmation with login and password of the employee's account.
4. Receiving the mobile work orders on the mobile devices.
Firstly, check if you correctly created the account of a employee who shall receive the mobile work order. Click here for the manual.
A mobile users downloads the software on his handheld device from Download Center and configure with My Mobile Work Order application (see point 6: configuration of the application).
Please note: during the installation the mobile users should enter the same login name and password as the administrator has previously defined.

5. How do I send the mobile tickets to my employees?
Log in with your username and password to My Mobile Work Order application.
- Click on “new mobile work order”, fill out details of the activity and select the mobile employee to whom you want to send a work order.
- Once you click on "submit" you will receive a pop-up. Mobile work order has been send to the field employee.
- If you go to the tickets overview the work order you have just sent will be displayed as “new”.
6. Mobile user receives a new ticker on the handheld device.
- Control if the GPRS –function on
- Select Comms option in the menu
- In the tab autoconnect select Enable Auto-Connection, control connection
- Select Comms -> send/receive in menu

7. Do I have to pay for first 30 days of using the application?
No, you get from us the trial period of 30 days during which you can use My Mobile Work Order application for free. If you want to go on with My Mobile Work Order you have to order it on-line and pay according to defined fee. Contact our reseller about the price information.
8. What happens after 30 days?
A week before the end the trial period you will receive an email information that your account will expire.
9. How can I become a regular user of the application?
If you want to purchase a paid subscription please contact our reseller.
10. Cancellation of the subscription.

Data security
11. Is my data secure?
Navara makes sure that your data is secure. With the use of encryption the data is unreadable for third parties during the data transfer. Navara also provides a private APN (GPRS dial-points) of RAM Mobile Data, and My Mobile Work Order protected against viruses.
12. What happens with my personal details?
We are using your personal details only for the administration purposes. We are not giving the access to your personal details to any third parties who can harm your privacy.
13. Is it possible to export the data saved in the application?
You can export all work orders you sent from My Mobile Work Order Application to Excel file. You can use this data for invoicing, reporting and administrative control. Please note: you cannot find the digital signature. This can be send by your mobile employees every time after completing his work on email address.
14. I forgot my password.
Once you created an account on My Mobile Work Order application you received an email confirmation with your login details. In case you don’t have this email you can also retrieve your password.
15. How can I change my personal details?
In order to change your personal details you should contact a reseller of My Mobile Work Order.
